Delete your account
You can delete your SHIFT account and all the data tied to it at any time. Here's how.
From the app
Open Settings, go to Account, and tap Delete account. The same option is in your account settings on the web. We'll ask you to confirm, then remove your account.
- 1Open Settings → Account.
- 2Tap Delete account.
- 3Confirm. Your account and training data are removed.
By email
If you can't sign in, email support@shifttraining.app from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account" and we'll process the request.
What gets deleted
- Your account, profile, and login credentials.
- Your training plans, sessions, and logged activities.
- Connected health and device data we've imported.
- Deletion is permanent and can't be undone. Some records may be retained briefly where required by law, then removed.
